Hello! I am Victoria Villani and I am a graduate from East Strousburg Univeristy of Pennsylvania. My favorite memory from East Stroudsburg University is student teaching! I have learned so much from being able to be hands on in a classroom and getting to know how kids learn. I feel that my best teacher trait is my flexibility. I know everything cannot go as planned so being prepared is key! I also believe that building a personal relationship with the students is very important. They should know that you are always there for them as a teacher but also as a friend.
